- Translated client needs for technical teams and coordinated event logistics (up to 500 people) through delivery.

- Sold an LED-wall shoot to Footkorner (a streetwear brand), generating €70,000 in revenue for 2 days of operation.

- Led the project from ideation to a visual concept and investor materials, before a strategic stop because the product had not found its market.

- Coordinated crisis communications (delays, cancellations) between onboard teams, support and stations.

- Designed and developed a B2B ordering tool on Airtable, from discovery to delivery.
- Automated the order journey (removing manual entries), saving 5 to 8 hours per week for customer success.

A project to learn BMAD.
When a new way of working comes along, I try it. Not by spending three weeks reading the documentation, but by using it on a project that matters to me.
BMAD is an open-source framework for building with AI. Instead of prompting a general-purpose assistant, you work with a team of specialised agents: an Analyst, a Product Manager, an Architect, a Scrum Master, a Developer and a QA specialist. Each produces a document and passes it to the next. First the brief, then the PRD, architecture, stories and code. No code is written until the preceding document has been approved. I discovered it a few days before starting this site. I needed a portfolio, so I had my project. I approve every handover. I make the decisions, provide the facts and review everything before it goes live.
